FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ) REGARDING OUR SOCIAL MEDIA INVESTIGATIONS
HOW DOES A SOCIAL MEDIA INVESTIGATION WORK?
Our SOCIAL MEDIA INVESTIGATION pulls information from across the web to compile relevant and accurate information for each unique search.
HOW DO YOU KNOW THAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE RIGHT PERSON?
Our trained analysts use matching criteria to identify your person correctly. Whether the information and the subject are a “match” is determined by combinations of provided information. For example, an email address is considered a positive match. First and last names must be combined with other provided information for a positive match such as date of birth, education information or an image.
WHAT INFORMATION DOES A DEEP REPORT GATHER?
Our SOCIAL MEDIA INVESTIGATION focuses on building reports with digital data. Reports may include social profiles, blog posts, comments, posts, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, court records, family members, usernames, web sightings, pictures, screenshots, and alternative name (nickname) analysis. Each search includes a PDF report.
WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR INFORMATION FROM?
The majority of our raw data (which may include family/relatives, phone numbers, addresses, locations) comes from a variety of sources such as web directories, census data, public mailing, court records, and phone directories.
WHAT WEBSITES DO YOU SEARCH?
We search many different websites, ranging from social media sites to blogs to picture sharing websites. Though there is no limit to what public information we may find, the most popular sites found within each search are the social media sites. We cite the URL of each source so that you have the ability to visit these sites on your own.
WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO ORDER A DEEP SOCIAL MEDIA REPORT?
Our SOCIAL MEDIA INVESTIGATION does a great job of finding information with very few input parameters. While name and location generally yield the best results, User names, telephone numbers, email addresses help us to identify the correct person for the Social Media Report.
HOW MUCH DOES THE REPORT COST?
A single search costs $350, including a ready PDF report. If you would like to receive a discounted rate, you can purchase more searches upfront.
WHEN WILL I GET THE REPORT?
Once the deep report is ordered our team will begin the research of your subject sourcing the entire internet, not just a short list of sites. From there, the report is created and reviewed by our experienced analysts. The report is usually released to the person who ordered it within 3 business days.
DO YOU OFFER A DISCOUNT ON LARGE PURCHASES?
Of course! The Flexible plan is only available to corporate users, please email your phone number to us (kristen@integrityohio.com) and we will call you to give you the details of our plan.
CAN I MAKE MY DATA PRIVATE?
All the information obtained by Our SOCIAL MEDIA INVESTIGATION is publicly available. Therefore, Our SOCIAL MEDIA INVESTIGATION cannot directly assist you in making your data private.
